Delivery Area

We currently deliver only within South Africa. Orders placed outside of South Africa cannot be processed or delivered.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided based on your location and the selected shipping method. 

We aim to deliver as soon as possible. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  •  To ensure that this service is used correctly, we will verify the delivery address provided during checkout.
  •  Customers are required to provide accurate and complete address information. Orders with addresses outside the specified area will not qualify for free delivery and may be subject to standard shipping fees.
  • If the provided address does not match the eligible area, we will contact you to confirm the address or discuss alternative shipping options.
  •  We rely on the honesty of our customers to maintain the integrity of this service. Please ensure your address details are correct to avoid any delays in processing your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
